Justin Halford is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Total Tier Training, a workforce development and safety training company dedicated to helping businesses build compliant, prepared, and confident teams. With over two decades of hands-on experience in the electrical and construction industries, Justin brings a practical, field-tested approach to safety, leadership, and operational excellence.

In addition to leading Total Tier Training, Justin serves as the Business Development Manager for Johnson Construction Group (JCG), a certified Women-Owned General Contractor based in Coweta County, Georgia. His background includes extensive experience as a lineman, crew leader, and safety manager, giving him a deep understanding of the real-world challenges faced by workers and employers alike. This experience shapes Total Tier Training’s tier-based model, which emphasizes OSHA compliance, risk reduction, and leadership development at every level of an organization.

At JCG, Justin bridges the gap between client vision and project execution, supporting commercial renovations, tenant build-outs, and new development projects while maintaining the highest safety standards. His leadership has contributed to JCG’s reputation for integrity, quality craftsmanship, and community-focused growth.

Justin is deeply engaged in the Coweta County community. He serves as Chair of the Coweta Safety Alliance, Program Chair for the Rotary Club of Newnan, and a Chamber Champion with the Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce. He is also a graduate of Leadership Coweta and actively mentors youth through local school programs, including the Junior Leadership initiative.

Known for his approachable leadership style, humor, and “get-things-done” mindset, Justin is passionate about workforce development, safety education, and empowering businesses to operate responsibly and sustainably.
